Did you know that Rosedale Conference is in July? A fun summer
activity!!
What is Rosedale?
Rosedale is an EC Grove that is in Laureldale and has been life
changing for 87 yrs.! It has grove-owned tents and RV spaces. There
are also dormitory rooms available or just go for an evening!
July 25-Aug. 1st
is a
week of Rosedale Summer Bible Conference. This is a new name! There
is a new focus!! Our primary focus is Christian seniors. Many
messages are pertinent to all ages and designed to address issues of
interest and of daily concern.
The
Morning Bible Hour will feature the video series, “What in the World
is Happening?” by Dr. David Jeremiah. Two will be presented each
morning, one at 10am and the other at 11am with fellowship time and
coffee served in between. Each segment is between 30 and 40 min.
The
evening sessions are topical and presented by speakers who are
well-prepared for the subject matter because of their ministry focus.
Before each evening service there will be a short clip of approx. 10
minutes from a Gaither video.
On
Saturday evening there will a “cook-out” instead of the usual dinner.
On
Saturday evening there is a concert featuring people from your
churches, home-grown EC music, plus congregational singing of favorite
songs.
There
will be no Sunday morning services and no children’s ministry.
