COLLEGE AND CAREER
The S.S. Class formerly known as
"College and Career"
is now becoming a small group!
* If you are a young adult, (married or single) and would like to join us, please see Pete and Reba Hoffman, Jeremy Kunkel, or Gerard Bynon.
* Our last S. S. Session will be on October 8th as we conclude our study "Operation World View" with Jeremy Kunkel as our teacher.
* After that date we will be attending the various adult S.S. Classes that are offered.
* We will continue to meet once a month initially @ the home of the Dorr's. This will continue our fellowship over a meal, planning sessions and occasionally a guest speaker.
* We have lots of great ideas for ministry and missions, and plan to continue following God's leading for our group. Some of those ideas include:
-pig roast to welcome new KU Students
(to be held on campus w/ live music and a speaker)
-mentoring for college students who attend Gracece church
-our annual Barn Party @ the end of Oct.
-a motor sports ministry?
-supporting several missionaries dear to our hearts who are serving God around the world
-an annual retreat in the spring @ the Zehlner's wonderful home in Lehighton, Pa.
-sponsoring a talent show to raise support for our missionaries
-possible rafting trip to New York (grade >6 rapids!)
-game nights
-participating faithfully in the existing ministries/boards/music @ Grace Church
